2. Definitions

“Center” refers to Maryam Medical Center.
“Patient” refers to any individual receiving medical or domiciliary care services from the Center.
“Services” refers to all home healthcare, medical consultations, nursing, and related services provided by the Center.
“Caretaker” refers to any person who is responsible for the patient’s wellbeing and liaises with the Center on behalf of the patient.

3. Scope of Services

Maryam Medical Center provides domiciliary (homebased) healthcare services, including but not limited to:
Medical consultations and checkups.
Home nursing and elderly care.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Medication administration and health monitoring.
Palliative and postoperative care.
Emergency response and first aid support.

4. Eligibility for Services
To receive our services, patients must:
Provide accurate personal and medical information.
Agree to comply with medical recommendations.
Ensure a safe environment for our healthcare professionals during home visits.

5. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or in person.
Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
The Center reserves the right to refuse services in case of noncompliance with medical or safety guidelines.

6. Fees & Payment Policy
Service fees are communicated at the time of booking.
Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or any other approved method.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Patient Responsibilities
Patients and their caretakers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete health information.
Follow prescribed treatment plans and medication guidelines.
Ensure a respectful and safe environment for healthcare staff.
Notify the Center of any changes in health conditions or treatment plans.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All patient information is kept confidential and protected as per our Privacy Policy.
Patient records may only be shared with authorized personnel for medical purposes.
The Center follows legal requirements for data protection and retention.

9. Service Limitations & Liability
While we strive to provide the best healthcare services, Maryam Medical Center does not guarantee specific health outcomes.
The Center is not responsible for complications arising from noncompliance with medical advice.
The Center is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the patient.

10. Emergency Situations
In case of a medical emergency, patients are advised to seek immediate hospital care.
Maryam Medical Center provides emergency response services only to the extent possible within domiciliary care limitations.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 714 business days.

12. Code of Conduct
Patients and caretakers must treat healthcare professionals with respect.
Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff will result in service termination.
The Center reserves the right to discontinue services for noncompliant patients.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Maryam Medical Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or other official channels.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
